35th Anniversery/Patatos

What are the differences in these two series of drums other than color?

I had a trio of 35th Anniversary. Compared to Patatos the difference is beefier hardware on the 35th, specially the sideplates.

They may be closer to the fiberglass galaxy series. Anyone know if they include Kevlar in the material?

I was told the material is Kevlar when I bought them.
