It looks like a Remo Jembe to me. I think pearl may be making them too, so it could be one of those. They have a whole line of "world" percussion stuff. Alot of people like them, I personally don't like the sound of them very much.

It's a Paoli Mattioli Remo small Djimbe..tuned to sound like a doumbek...and played as such...just standing and playing...
