My wife and I just went to Firenze "Florence" and a few other places in Italy a couple of months ago. Man that is a beautiful country, with interesting culture that is very different from here in the states. I kept telling my wife while staying in Florence... Honey, this is the "Land of beautiful brunette women!!!" She couldn't say but so much.. Her family is from Luca and Florence, and I am married to her, so maybe it was a compliment.. she'll never know
Although they don't seem but so enthusiased about U.S. visitors "which I understand", I couldn't help but notice that ALL they listened to was music out of the U.S. If the U.S.A is respected for nothing else, the world surely respects it for it's music.
