I'm so happy to have found this website. I'm a new conguero (only been playing for just over a year, and with no formal instruction, only books and videos). I was told about this forum a few days ago, and already I've spent many hours every day since reading through various threads here. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have found an online community of percussionists who are so helpful to one another and happy to share insights and experience.
