Hey, I use it too, don't knock it - a thousand and one uses!

I might have also thought that was Errol Flynn if I didn't know it was vintage Johnny Conga!
Johnny, you must use this hip classic shot in a bio or album or something.

Hi all!

Here's another pic from a recent gig.

Amin and I played a duo show at an art gallery where an artist friend made this wild sketch. Captures the mood right on.

Osnat, my lovely lady partner, posted it on the forum for me.

All the best!

Yoni

Hey Pini!

Yes that was fun Friday and you've come far since the last time we met a couple years ago, playing around with the time and all. Kol HaKavod! Yep, we should get more players next time.
Hope to see you for my show with Amin and Nobuya Yamaguchi next week on the 11th.
Oh - I'll be on drumset with some of the land's top blues players in Tel Aviv at Mike's Place a few days later on the 16th. If you come to that it would be great, too! See you soon anyway...

All the best,

Yoni

Hi super administrators, coordinators, congaplace teamers...!

Here's a question for ya: In post #7 in this thread there used to be a photo of me playing bongos in the Czech Republic. Now all that remains is a small square with a question mark in it.

Could the photo be lost forever in the far reaches of cyberspace?
If so, no big deal, I will try to see if friends still have it. Just curious.

I should note that the mysterious photo disappearance happened well BEFORE the change to the new forum, so I'm sure there's no connection to the change.

Maybe the pic was too large or something, though it did appear here for some months before it vanished. Any thoughts, or possible retrieval of the image, much appreciated.

All the best,

Yoni
