Selling set of Bata

Postby derekburrows » Wed Feb 04, 2009 11:55 pm

Hi, I bought these in Cuba many years ago and haven't used them enough to warrant keeping them and would be happy to sell them to someone who will play them. Go here for more information: http://conchstyle.com/bata.html

Please note that I'm currently living in Mexico but the Bata are in Boston where I have lived for the past 30 years. They are available to be seen at a friend's house. If interested please email me for more information or questions.

Very nice Derek, they look like SONOC, are they? My personal opinion is you are asking a little too much too for them, considering what one of my students paid for a set just like that while in Havana.(SONOC - Sonoridad Cubana)
Best of luck nonetheless with the sale. I know they must sound fantastic. 8) And Im sure they will sell no problem, sadly out of my budget though, especially with the dollar conversion. From my end it ends up coming to $1,893.93 AUD @ current exchange rate, plus shipping & insurance.

PS Congratulations on your work, and much respect to you for what you do.
Yes, I am almighty powerful and know everything. :P
