just listened to a few tunes for the first time in a while. What a great timba classic, haila's vocals with leonels writining, incredible!

Yeh man, I dig Azucar Negra, thats a great album.
With one of my bands we play 'Eres Como Yo' (I think its off that album) I swap with the bongocero in that track, I let him play tumbas and I play the quinto section at the beggining, then switch to bongo & cencerro.
