Some people like to tune the low bongo the same note as the high conga, (different octives) Leave the congas the way you have them now, and maybe tune the large bongo head with a sound complimenting the high conga. then you should tune the high bongo higher than the low bongo. For starters, maybe just tune them as you feel comfortable, sometimes trying to tune bongos to congas does not "fit perfectly" and you can crank the bongos to tight or not tight enough. Just kinda feel your way through it, slowly, so you don't damage your drums. Hope this helps.
