Question about the San Diego Music Scene

Does anyone have any ideas about the Latin Scene in San Diego?
I'll be there in Feb and would appreciate any info or ideas.

Is there a Cuban rumba? Latin jam sessions? Brazilian music anywhere? Jazz jam sessions?
