IT-3300 on Gon Bops plate?

I'm hoping someone here will be able to tell me what the IT-3300 means on my Gon Bops Mariano Model drum.

"International tumba". (It's a Gon Bops series, if I'm not wrong) Though "Mariano" is also a series.
