Hard to know for sure, could be. A close-up of the hardware will tell you if the hardware came out of the HR shop but the shells could have come from somewhere else. HR made many one-of-a-kind shells. Nice bongos for sure.

I'm a little off topic, but I just read last week that richie bastar got signed to remo, he's endorsing remo bongos now, he had been endorsing pearl for quite some time now..

yup, definitely TB (Tambores Barranquilla), at least the skins are! they cost about the same as El Piernas
