I'm actually from Rio Piedras, PR...but I'm not living there anymore. The economy is doing horrible...the country is 2 billion dollars in deficit...we're bankrupt.

Hey Firebrand, I had to replace the heads on my bongo and I used unmounted heads and it was a little difficult since I had never done it before but I got it done. It takes some patience and perseverance but you can do it. The reason I mention it is because it seems like the majority of the mule skin heads that I have seen are unmounted but don't let that deter you.
