I'm looking for someone other that cali in the bronx that can mount some skins I don't know how to do it I'm in brooklyn NY lately I have not had any luck with cali his work is geting sloppy and I don't made the money it's the work help

We would be more than happy to help or walk you though the process... mounting a skin on any drum gives a different appreciation for the simplicity of the instrument and yet how complex....

yeah, you'll be better off in the long run doing it yourself, not that bad, holla at me if you want, i'm in ny too

great idea, michael from L&H just hooked me up with a great set of skins @ an excellent price, he's a good guy & my first choice now when i'm considering buying skins... :)

I agree w/ Leedy2, you can easily mount bongo heads ! Think of it as gift wrapping your bongos with a skin that molds to a skin wire & just needs to be trimmed of excess & allowed to dry. in the future, you wont want to trust any one to mount any of your drum heads ! :)

Sorry to hijack this but is re-mounting an old skin possible as well? I want to clean up the hardware on my conga but want to keep the skin that´s already on it...
