I was going over some pics last night, and i found yet another model in the LP line of Valje drums..

This set has Sf valje sticker, LP shape, and rubber bottom, seemingly made of either Siam Oak, or Beech, hard to tell from the pic.. its the first one on the post on my blog.

If anyone has pictures to share, do send them along and I will post them with credit on the congadr blog.

This thread is bringing back memories of my old set.
I loved these drums and they did have a great sound for recording.
I ended up trading them and regret it now.

After reading this I went up to my attic and found the quinto and conga heads from my old set.
I had replaced them with synthetic heads. I have a new quinto and conga heads with the Valje logo.
I also had a full set (3) of old(er) thick Matador heads in brand new condition and LP "Hand Picked" bongo heads up there.
Buried treasure!~
