Very cool project bringing the little beast back to life.

Abakua, I was thinking just leaving its natural color..Mahogany . With a nice thick finish, polished hardware, polished bands and a bit thicker than the foil paper they put on them originally. Will post as I go.
There are some numbers on the inside that puzzle me 10-15-1 and the letter C

Its been a few weeks... Have you made any progress on this baby? Make sure you get its passport sorted out... It will have a big voyage once its completed!
