Son Montuno

Hey People,

I found a Son Montuno rhythm last week on this forum but I do not remember the author or the topic.

o h t O O h - o - h t O O h o o

with a few variation I move this into a really good 4 line structure. The last two pickups on the low drum
and another is to silent the first tone and add a t just after the second h. sounds great next with someone playing
a 2 drum clave with bases as the downbeat. This is a great two person two drum rhythm.

Now, of course I am seeking the more traditional style wondering if my variations are true and in form.

Would some like to share their version or point me to a reference for further study along the traditional lines
of this rhythm?
