Just attended the first part of this lecture series. Taught by the one and only Rebecca Mauleon. not only does she know her stuff, but she has live demonstrations by a band that includes none other than Orestes Vilato and Jesus Diaz. If you are in town for any of these weeks I highly recommend the series, probably the best course I've attended from SF Jazz.

I feel like kind of a chump for not recording the first lecture, I'll be recording the others for sure.
