Is anyone aware of restrictions bringing back conga drums from Cuba, what the government will allow in to USA, customs, etc.
Also, if anyone has contact information for where to buy congas in Cuba that would be most gratefully appreciated.

Dont say you got em in Cuba. Simple.
Your passport wont be stamped so there is no proof you were ever there.

Say you got em in Mexico or something.
