Kudos to Meinl

I recently bought a used Meinl Bongo stand. It was missing a part and I contacted Meinl customer service to ask where I could get a replacement. I got an e-mail right away asking for my address, telling me they would ship it off asap, free of charge. True to their word, it arrived today. I just wanted to mention how pleased I am with that sort of service. I'm not affiliated with them or anything like that- it's just a good way to treat your customers.
Besides that, the stand is made really well. I'm going to check out more of their gear. I've played their bata, and they were quite nice.
