Found a Rhythm Tech Coda tumba on Craigslist but have never heard of them. Talked to the owner who has quite a few different kinds of congas and he claims the Coda line is no longer made but was a cut above alll the other models and is a great sounding and great quality drum. I've Googled but can't find much about them. Anyone??

Greeting Hawker.
I have seen these and can tell you that they are in FACT as good as the Matadors or LP Classics. They are made of the same wood. The quality of the hardware and skins is also the same.
Given the oportunity, I would not mind owning a set.

I played a set of these years ago and they sounded very good.
Not sure why this set of congas didn't sell more.
