What Congas Are These?

A new guy back again, just wondering what brand congas these are? Also, a sweet groove.
FYI; This is from the Sigean Jazz Festival in France (never heard of it) but there are a total of 21 videos and many of them are latin in flavor, some nice stuff from Tania Maria as well.

They look as they might be DELAPORTES but the image is not very clear.
