All matter consists of 3 quarks; up, down, and strange... Then, if string theory is correct, then they are in turn made of only one thing that vibrates at different frequencies.
Then, there's the four dimensions; 3 in space, and one for time. Yeah, Okay.. so the symmetry makes sense,, but somehow it's shocking to see a symmetry between matter and music.

Maybe it would be better to make another thread from this, to make the threads a little organized (it's interesting though)...
