Hey there have been some great videos posted here lately.
With the proliferation of YouTube and Google there are more and more conga and percussion videos online then ever before.

Would the moderators consider creating a new forum just for videos?
That way it would create easy access and posters could create sub-threads for each one they've found.

Thanks for the videos and idea, Congamyk.

I also think a forum or thread here for videos is a great idea. Maybe Congaplace has already considered this; maybe there are copyright complications, but I hope not.

Hi Johnny,

I hope all is great with you. As said, we may have seen each other in the past in NYC at times... I sure hope we get to meet up again some day.

All the best,

Yoni

El Goyo from "La Rumba del Siglo"

Thanks for doing this but I think what Congamyk was asking for originally was a whole new video clip "section" or forum or whatever - so that each video could be posted as a separate topic, allowing for easy-to-follow discussions about individual videos.

Not sure if that is possible, or desireable, or maybe even the "books videos and CDs" section could be used for that.

Anyway. Careful with that YouTube, it is addictive!

saludos

THAT ACTUALLY CAME OUT FROM THE DOCUMENTARY SALSA(WITH THE FANIA ALL STARS). IT'S FOOTAGE FROM HIS CONCERT AT YANKEE STADIUM. ITS AVAILABLE ON CD. THAT SONG IS LEAH, IT'S THE LAST SONG AND I LOVE THE WAY MONGO CALLS OFF THE BAND BY NAME AND WHERE EACH ONE IS FROM, THEN HE GOES AND I AM MONGO, MONGO, MY NAME IS MONGO. GET IT BROTHER
