Hi All!

A couple pix someone sent me from recent shows in France. I'm on congas in the the first pic and on darbuka in the second.

Enjoy and all the best,

Yoni

Oh, in the 3rd link above I'm hardly heard - sound trouble.
But you hear my friend Amin on violin just fine.
He's a monster on the oud also...

Thanks Congadelica and Luis!

It was about 5 people on that gig. I have no idea who filmed it and posted it on youtube. It's from last winter and someone recently found the clip and showed it to me. It's at a place I play each Tuesday night for 5 years now - I play on drumset and sing rock-n-roll oldies, blues and jazz with my 5 piece band there, and switch to darbuka or bongos later as we go ethnic, with the saxman on drums. That was a special night where Amin joined on violin at the end. Usually he and I play in duet, at art galleries in Tel Aviv and so on, and mostly do total improvisation.

Glad you enjoyed!

All the best,

Yoni
