I have the video "Adventures in Ryhthm" by Richie Gajate Garcia and in it he plays a "rock pattern" but the instruction manual doesn't have the notes. I wanted to try to learn how to play it but he plays so fast I can't figure out the notes. Even on slow motion or frame by frame I can't get it all. Can anyone help me with the notes? I can't really read notes per se but I can read things like this:
H T S T H T O O
L L R L L L R R
Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hello DHA Cow
I had the same problem with the Sanabria tapes its too fast to follow. I do have the "Show Me The Ryhthms For Congas"
by Kalani he goes over several different ryhthms with the notation on the screen so you can follow. I will copy down the rythms notation and email them to you.
