I saw Billy Cobham on the Stratus tour playing a full Sonor kit like that. Funny thing that they didn't seem to last long. The answer to a question that nobody asked.

I've seen those used more by high school, and college drum corp out on the field or in parades than in any professional groups!

Those are late 1970's concert toms made by North Drum company, made of Fiber Glass & had the strongest cast metal lug casings I ever seen ! They made entire drum sets but proved to heavy for field drum uses. These should have been tuned up ??
