Your welcome, Charangaman. Let us know how it sounds.
I have an instrument from Africa similar to the vibraslap called an "oji", described in the link below. Its sound is different, however. Not quite as loud and higher pitched. Sounds more like a rattle snake. It makes a nice jungle effect when combined with a rainstick, cascadas, and some caxixi.
