Thanks folks! He's OK, he was driving an old volvo wagon, it went under the back of a truck and the trailer hitch tore right through the radiator and whole front end. Fortunately the officer did not give him a citation since he was on his way to school. Just means I gotta get a car, soon. He and his sister both go to school on the other side of town, long bus ride.

Really glad he is O.K. that kind of stuff is really scary!

Thanks guys! When I saw the car I was a bit worried, Volvo is a safe car though. Houston is definitely a car city, you can ride your bike around faster than the city bus, and since they go to a performing arts school they are on the other side of town , they definitely need the car, other wise it's on the bus at 6:20 AM and off the bus at 5:00 PM. they've done that for so many years it was really nice when my son finally got his liscense. Now I have to deal with new car payment, increased insurance rate, kid going to college next year, daughter will need car in fall, all on an educators salary ........ I should've been an accountant like Dario!!!!
