Garfield, NJ era Gen II bongos in excellent shape. They look like they were rarely played by the original owner, with only some minor scuffs here and there and some very mild tarnishing on the bottom rims, and a washer mark on the centerblock from mounting on the stand. They are marked 6-11-84. Traditional rims! Bleached cow LP heads are in decent shape. The original stand with Garfield label is included. SOLD

deadhead...How are you. I was just looking in ebay and saw your nice bongos + stand for just 145.00. I can't believe that they are still on ebay. That is a great deal. Too bad I have 3 bongos already and one is getting a full hardware change by Manito Percussion otherwise I would have loved to get them. I guess the economy is really that bad? If it were me, I think I would take them off the market and just keep them. Just ordering the hardware of those bongos will cost more than your price. Take care.

I've had these listed all over the net for a month or 2 now with pretty much no interest. I don't know if it's the economy or what, I think my price is more than fair. I've finally found someone local who is interested in trading for some cymbals that I need, if that falls through I'll probably just hold on to them until the market turns around.
