Slingerland Heavy Brass timbales

Postby JohnnyConga » Tue Jun 21, 2011 1:14 am

I am ready to sell my Slingerland 1960's Brass timbales with the stand and bell stand holder(up to 4 bells)made by Farach(Miami-Omelenko also knows of him) rolling carrying case for $500.oo It has holes in it for 2 shell bell holders...the size is 12 13...ol skool...the Brass is very heavy and the cascara is very dry(seco)...the heads have been on them for over 20 years with out changing them..and yes they have been played many times....the sound is "classic".....which doesnt exist today IMHO....
