Hello,

I'm actually interested in finding a requinto for my Meinl Luis Conte set (Quinto 11" and Conga 11 3/4"). What model of Meinl requinto do you have and is that darker than the natural colour? Also, if you can advise the price, height and diameter of the head, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Omar.

The body shape is very close to the Valjes. The belly looks above center.

I have a pair of these in dark brown, the older Traditional Meil Marathons, 9 1/2" and 10 1/2" actual size. The 9 1/2" really screams and still has a nice bass tone. The traditional hardware is real nice too.
