Looking for Marcuzzi bata dissertation PDF

But I wasn´t able to find the text of his dissertation in the internet. I tried to contact librarians at York university, where the dissertation is available online, but haven´t got any answers (https://www.library.yorku.ca/find/Record/1966397)
It would be great if someone could share it or even point me to a shop where I can buy it.
