LP VIVO Congas

Leedy,

Just out of curiosity. What is your take on this http://lpmusic.com/Product_Showcase/Con ... ongas.html

To me they have the same shape as Matthew Smith drums and Matthew designed LP Giovanni conga. To me a Giovanni conga dressed-up with graphics.

No really in the market for drums but you never know. LP is doing lots of new things to their drum lines.

Is it me or the new wood drums made with plies sound way louder than the same wood drum made with solid staves?
Also the wood grain looks different.

I like them graphics on the Vivo drums and the drums are nicely priced.

I have no problem waiting to see what LP and Cuco are cooking. Is this new project something they are going to have at this winter's NAMM show?
