What do you think about this stand? great? Useless? comfortable?

I saw that too. Seems to me it would be a little awkward due to the cramping and lack of "movability" of the bongos vs the seat.

The stand that Chtimulato recommends (Meinl TMB-S) is pretty nice: unlike other stands, the horizontal support bar underneath the bongos relieves the center block between the two drums from being the bongos only holding point on the stand.

I almost purchased that stand. The only reason I did not pull the trigger was for the same reason Beatnik07 mentioned. Not sure how comfortable or how much you’ll be able to adjust while sitting behind it. I’m sure it has its uses, but not really for me. I think the price is pretty high for something you’re attaching to your throne.

BTW, that stand Chtimulato added the link for would work better in my opinion.
