Hello.
I've got no idea of the brand, but the crown looks rather weak to me, and the bearing edge (the part of the shell touched by the skin) looks pretty damaged too.
On the other hand, I find the side plates interesting, because they are tightened in the right way : I often read it's better for the wood to have 2 screws at the bottom of the plate than only one.
It would be interesting to buy them (to a decent price) and restaure them if the bearing edge wasn't so damaged.
