buy a Matador Quinto ...very, very cheap; Hard to believe

Hello

Last week i buy a old Matador quinto 11" (1997) very, very cheap...ridiculous !!!

$ 80.000.- pesos in Chile equals US$ 150.-

Is in good shape, some scratches and rims a little dusty...Great !!!

Yeah, was a good deal. Matador sounds great, classic style, very clean sond, dry but i' prefer with more overtones like my Sonor Latino Tumba. Must be the conga head, it`s old. I think switch the original head for some fiberskin head, Remo or Evans. I think when I play standing, as I usually do, gain more reverb..

Can't beat my Matadors!!!! More than acceptable sound quality for any genre/venue, and priced within reason. Truly an arrow that allows any fine archer to hit the target.

tayo36 if you look under "SCORED A MATDOR", congaset and accessories, you can see the matador that I came across almost a year ago. Check it out
