Yes received , to a proper tuning it need to re-fine thread of some lugs , so as soon I'll do.
No craking of the shell for sure, I will post everything next days.

I have tried este roja cubana !!!
First I had to revise some 5/16 lug , I changed the conga head because the original was only about 1 < 1,5 mm thick so I mounted a Remo fiberskin I have available.
Hardware is strong , details are not so accurate like most famous make of drums.
I can say that drum sound good , but there are some overtone that I do not like , it need to dampen in some way.
For sure both drum and skin in fiberglass can emphasize overtones so I would also try a good skin soon.
I would like to have much more time to do these test and find the right combination!!!!!
