Hello congaplace,
This is a mini requinto,from pearl corporation,Afro Percurssion,from the 90's.Solid staves ( probably rubber wood),rubber base for more confort,tradicional rims and 8mm tunning lugs.
Is a 8 requinto,very light and solid.I put some top notch skins from Germany(thanks Mike for the tip)from Banux companny.2mm white cow skin.

Thanks Mike.I live in Bretagne,finistere.Is beautifull,but sometimes the atlantic climat can be a challenge,not the best place to raise your drums

Thanks king conga! This drum is so small but he project almost like a big one,perhaps the solid staves give him a nice clear voice.
