Another Pricey Set of Drums

Guys, checkt out Los Angeles Craigslist. There is a set quinto, conga, & tumba Gon Bops "Poncho Sanchez" model for $3500.00

It's a nice set, probably hard to come by for sure, but at that price, it's going to be hard to sell in this economy were in.
One of the bands on the Tumba has snapped from expansion, plus the seller is hurting his chances for a sale because he is only offering local pickup. The drums are nice though. I'd say he would have a much better chance at the 2000 dollar range and then, maybe because of Local pickup situation.

That is an amazing asking price! And the drums need work on top it! If someone likes Gon Bops taht much and wants something exotic then I would suggest trying to finda set of Timbas. Similar but better and you can find then used for under $600 each.

Yep, that set is way too over priced, just my opinion.
i know of some one who had two of the Poncho S. Gon bops and he wanted $450-$500 each and were in pristine condition.

Way, way, way, overpriced!
He'd be lucky to get half that in my opinion.
