Hey guy's: Can anybody tell me what size would an unmounted skin (flat) be for a 11.5 conga and for the tumba 12,5. Thank's.

18" for the 11.5" Conga and 22" for the 12.5

If you have any concerns about having enough skin to work with, I'd go with 22" rounds for both.
More is better than not enough. For the 11.5", an 18" round should be enough. But, Once again.
It's easier to have more to work with than working with just enough. I like to have more.

He'd buy whole skins and cut his rounds way to small. It was killing us.
