mounting skins

Where can I find a set of three rings to mount new skins on for my Meinl drums, quinto, conga, and tumba. I want to leave the original skins on the original rings. From what I understand, they are not the normal sizes. Meinl sells only premounted heads, so can't get them from them. Help

African Rhythm Traders in Portland ships them. 1/4" inside diameter increments. I've bought them from these guys and they've been fine. $8.
