Maybe SCISSOR SISTERS ? They sound pretty much like BEE GEES on this song.

I think he's playing a simple, double-time tumbao. I think there are a few timbale licks in this song too. I dig the Bee Gees.

I gotta run, I just picked up new Michael Bolton and Ricky Martin CDs and I gotta go listen.
