Posted: Mon Mar 12, 2007 12:38 amI spoke with Silvia at Timba Percussion on Saturday - the word is that they've decided not to go out of business after all. Things just weren't sustainable as they were going, but after they started talking about packing it in word got out and they've had a flood of orders and have decided to give it a go and continue for the foreseeable future. The only difference is that they're not going to use distributors like they were doing, and instead sell everything themselves through their website.
