Oops, Abakua you are right my man!
No Palladiums there....
I think the best way to go is to contact LP itself
and ask them which syntethic skin is compatible with the LP Palladiums.

Alafia Abures!
I hope that you are all well and in an abundance of incredibly wonderful blessings mis hermanos!
I'm more of a "natural" player, playing only on the hides of critters that is
But anyway, here is the closest to the Palladium head sizes that you might find in synthetic heads!

Depending on the size, if you are looking for the "SuperTumba" which is 14", you may have to go with a Djembe head, don't know how that would work, or whether it would ???
Suave!

Djembe skin is far too thin for use on a conga, especially a Super Tumba.
I for one cant stand synthetic skins.. Perhaps you could try some skins in custom made sizes from Isaac of JCR on here.
The skins that I hand picked for my Palladiums are fantastic though, are you looking to replace the skins due to their ageing or because you find it difficult to get the sounds out of genuine skin?
Palladiums are not conventional sized heads, hence there will be no mainstream producer of pre moulded skins in those sizes.
