Ok here is what i call my "In out-out In" hand exercises...this will keep you busy....S=slap, P=palm/bass, T=tone


PT PT TP TP- PS PS SP SP

RR LL RR LL RR LL RR LL
LL RR LL RR LL RR LL RR

PS PS PT PT TP TP PS PS

try these on for size..u may find it a bit challenging...and it will work both sides of the brain...let me know what u think...you can break it up to doing it 1+2+3+4+ or 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+ PS..try working for speed in doing these slowly first...it gets harder the faster u do them....ur brain will 'tweak'(hit the wall"). but u can work thru it...
